Your Lamb and Pork tastes so good you will load your fork, native  Australian Lemon Myrtle hints infuse your dish, salty enough to penetrate through fats and melt them away, and Oh my Gosh what a great Crackle. Spit roast and cooking over coals or fire, will have melting fats flame back up onto your meat for a rich flavour and perfect crust, or just BBQ, Low n Slow or kitchen oven.

Just shake it on dry or add oil to create a wet marinade.
